To me it always made sense. Jesse is a winger and doesn't have the experience to know positioning of a fullback. Hayze has played it always. If your backup fullback goes down you pick a player that knows the position. I was frustrated last year when they picked cobbo to fill in for reece last year when he went down as well, Qcup fullback is better then a nrl winger.
