For the conspiracy theorists out there, the ratings of AFL are through the roof compared to NRL and most of it is being put down to the Broncos being rubbish.

So, we should start getting a few more 50 50s from the refs from this week onwards

They've received some calls the past few weeks.

7-2 set restarts vs. the Gold Coast and an incredibly soft sin-bin on one of their forwards (Fotuaika?).

Last week they didn't even bother to check the run from Farnworth into Beale. The interference on Milford could have easily been ignored as well.

There was funny buggers being played last week as well, Boyd was training with the rehab group, then he wasn't training at all, then he was warming up on the side by himself, then he was training with the main group.

Boyd isn't the problem though and has given adequate service this season. Sure he doesn't offer much, opportunities in general are an issue. Our problems are legion and Boyd's contribution is about the ninth thing on the list.

It's his terrible defence and readings in who to tackle that makes Boyd the reason to be dropped. There is also no communication with him and his outside man that lead to constant overlaps. Hes not a centre he should be moved back to fullback or dropped completely at least to the bench.

Why was Boyd signed? Wasn't he captain, a leader, our most experienced team member? For mine being "adequate" in this context isn't enough. We will go nowhere with an "adequate" roster, when what we need and expect from all our players is excellence.

Storm will be up by 20 at Half Time with or without Fifita playing.

Add the Storms record at Suncorp and our recent results there against them when we have had been in way better form and I will be surprised if we finish within 30. Load up on 13+ Storm

Boyd offers nothing nowadays, he's clocked off already.

Being easily the most capped player in the side, he should be leading these young players with actions a d words.
