To be honest, I'd never actually say something negative to any footy players in real life. Except that twat, Reynolds. At the Eels game I yelled "nobody likes you" to Watmough whilst the guy in front of me yelled expletives. And when JWH was acting tough I yelled "you just got tackled by Nikorima one on one you tough guy". That's about as hectic as my insults get.
Harry Sack, Porthoz, broncos4life to describe the polar opposite...

The number 16 on the panthers bench is a fucking tank, and he isn't even 21 yet.

No need to be uncivilised in public, but I reckon give them heaps on the field (within reason, kids and all that).

Some chick pushed me in the back last year for booing Maloney everytime he had the ball. Wasn't even a Roosters fan.

Campbell-Gillard? These players have a strange tendency to just disappear later on in their careers, but for now he provides great impact off the bench.

Hate the name though, Campbell Newman + Jullia Gillard.

Can you guys all imagine the jubilation Wayne must have been feeling to finally be able to be name Boyd at fullback in Broncos colours... I reckon he can barely contain his excitement as we edge closer to kick off.

I'm genuinely happy for Boyd and hopefully he has a strong start to his return as a Bronco and continues it for the remainder of the season. I'm excited too see Bennett's original plans finally come to fruition. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and the combinations between Hunt, Milford, McCullough to a greater extent, and now Boyd start to really fire.

It threw me off too.

Thought he got in pretty early with the negative comments predicting that it would take bad goal-kicking to keep us in the game.

Then I realised the Panthers had missed 3/4 in the NYC and got on board.

My bad.

I should have said I was talking about the U20's.

I still have doubt whether Boyd is fully recovered. Often with these injuries other parts of the leg, more specifically the calf and/or hamstring compensate, and can therefore lead to strains or tears. Hopefully Boyd is right to go both physically and mentally.

I'm sure the medical staff would've been aware of this and wouldn't give him all the clear otherwise. He might pick up another injury, but it would be out of bad luck IMO.
