Scalping GF Tickets

Does anyone know what the scalping laws are? I can't believe the price of some of the CAT A tickets on e bay, some are $500 each, purchased for $190. Even the Cat b tickets are $200 plus and should be $140

You can only resell for the purchase price.
The NRL has been cracking down on it pretty hard I believe, and people arrive at the stadium only to find out their ticket is invalid...

Except NRL can't do sh1t unless they know the seats that are up for sale. And you'd have to be as dumb as a Manly fan to buy a ticket from EBay with the seat number shown.

I wouldn't buy a ticket on ebay without seeing the full details first!
The NRL will not act if the ticket price is being sold for its true value.
