My Bronco-hating mate tells a story about talking footy in a lift one day and bagging the sh*t out of Minto. Some random bloke in the lift pipes up to the effect of, "hey settle down, Minto is pretty good".
My mate: "come on he's rubbish, can't play..." etc.
Random: "Look I've told you that Minto is a good player and I mean it".
MM: "Pfft what are you, his dad?"
R: "Yes"
MM: "....show me your driver's license"

Random hands over the license and it is indeed Minto senior. They have a laugh and shake hands etc but imagine that.
