What are some of the worst referees decisions made that you have seen over the years? I remember this match against the Steelers where they deadset knock it on twice and still get the try awarded and then on top of that they miss the conversion and it still gets awarded.

Any time we play the Storm and the rules don’t matter anymore. Some of the weirdest shit happens for them against us

Whatever happened to shoulder pads? Lots of people used to wear them.

I think they got phased out with jerseys getting designed so tight. Looking further into it both the National Rugby League and international laws mandate that any protective clothing must be soft, thin, and generally no thicker than 1 cm. Most modern players only wear minimal, lightweight compression padding to protect against skin abrasions and minor impact.

There was one in the 2010 gf St George vs roosters where Brett morris went into touch but was awarded a try anyway.

Years later, I laugh about the try tbh...no video ref etc. How they ****ed up the conversion call though is baffling.

The most recent one that really rustles my jimmies is the Slater "drop goal try"

Nothing ever really got said about it but Ben hunt lost the ball backwards in that 2015 gp gf.
