Not sure why my code didn't work.. sorry to the guys I shared it with. It was definitely the code I received in email 😔
The whole thing is a bit of a shemozzle if you ask me.
I never even got the emails (11 years a member) but my code from 2 years ago worked.
According to the https://aan-redemption.nrl.com/ website I don't even have a membership??
Staff at member support no help at all
 
P.p.s assuming you can use a code for a second time, I still have 7 tickets on mine. First in best dressed. send me a pm

Yeah super weird, I had no issue last week buying my same seats with the code for that, but I've just tried my 10 tix one and its definitely not working..

Went back and can see that its the same code as the one I got in 23 like you said.

Nothing with ticketek ever seems to go easy...

If so, it seems like you can't use that code for this pre-sale.

Its 2 different codes.

Got 2 codes for our same seat sale, then it was a different code for today.

I doubt its all linked and they know you purchased last week when its different codes but maybe that is it

I think they do know.
I purchased same seats last week and even though its a different code today it doesn't work for me today. As I have said that was not made very clear in the email or I wouldn't have bought tickets last week as I need more than just my season members tickets.
Still hoping someone can DM me with a code they don't need or haven't used all the seats allocated.
I just need 4. 🤞

Just come across this forum as someone tipped me off about it.

Please delete is this is not appropriate and I apologise if it is.

I have a priority 2 code for tickets (4pm release) that I won’t be using. I’m a below the boarder member in Melbourne and have no chance of making it up for the game.

If anyone can help out by letting me know a regular person on here who could use the code that would be great. I don’t want anything for it etc, just would like it to go to someone deserving/regular on here who will enjoy the game. Can purchase up to 8 tickets with the code.

Will check this in about 3hrs and hope I’ve got some responses.

For those still without tickets, I believe there is a presale today for members of NRL.com. So if you play NRL Fantasy or something and checked the box to receive promotional material from them, you should have a code for that in your email.

Yep, it was either purchase your same seats OR use the presale code this Monday. I didn’t read it properly. When I called the club they said it was being pushed by the NRL to make it fair for everyone to access tickets. Fair enough.

Not yet.

Admittedly, the NRL are notoriously shit with sending out these emails. They traditionally send it out closer to the time that the tickets go on sale. For example, the NRL presale goes on sale at 4pm so you should receive the email closer to this time (such as between 3-4pm).

Unfortunately, in previous years, they have sent it out right on 4pm.

As someone else mentioned, please check what email communications you have subscribed to and also check your spam folder.
 
What a hassle that was.

Started at 5k in the queue and then it timed out while paying for my selection

Then when I logged back on it took me straight back to the seat selection page, but then I couldn't get enough seats in that row. So moved to a new row, it crashed while paying. (Although paypal had reserved the pay-in-4 amount on my CC.)

Logged in for a third time and started at 3k in the queue. Once in it asked me to check my order history to see if the tickets were showing due to the crash as payment screen.

No tickets in order history so went back to the seat selection row. And ordered tickets again... Finally successful. Tickets showing in my orders .

PayPal has taken two lots of payment, so will need to get that fixed.

P.s. the NRL aren't missing us ... $84 each for corner second tier
I had tickets in the cart and it refreshed while I was putting my card details in and my tickets disappeared… I tried it again and all of a sudden my code didn’t work…

Ticketek are such a clown fiesta. Their systems are complete ass. Don't quote me on this, but I read that the NRL may be switching to ticketmaster in the future who are a little bit less of a cluster **** in comparison.
 
This might be our last year dealing with Ticketek, at least I hope! The Entertainment Centre & Suncorp are the only Stadiums QLD venues that still have contracts with Ticketek. Surely once that expires we will be dealing with the somewhat less shit, Ticketmaster.

I did some digging and Lady Gaga tickets for Suncorp are through Ticketmaster. Also, our membership platform is managed through them, so finals tickets would be much easier to manage. Just login to the membership portal to get access, rather than redeem codes, etc etc.

That's just my speculation. Hang in there though, I have faith that you'll all get seats.
