If you've made the call you don't want him/them, then action something. Carrying players for two years you don't want is exactly what I am talking about and exactly what Panthers didn't do when they decided change had to be made.

Like I said the price of that was million dollars, but they got it done.
I'm not questioning the legitimacy but I'm curious where you got the $1 million figure from? Cleary released a book not that long ago, so was curious if it came from there?

I heard him speak at a function and he spoke about it, I have his book here but haven't read it yet- so might be in the book.

Roster Management is getting there. The only person that we seem to be overpaying in a pure money ball situation is Haas and maybe Stags, and even then it's arguable.

The fact we cheekily got Hunt for 2025 is just proof of that.
Id argue that’s an example of poor roster management. Through sheer fate the dragons let him go and because of our previous tenure with Ben we got him. Good roster management would’ve meant we didn’t rely on a bluebird pick up, the same as not relying on Walsh coming home randomly.

It's only the start of the off-season and McGuire is alot about fitness. They all need a swift kick in the ass and MaGuire will help with that.
