If so they have no idea... Seibold said Turpin will be in 17 so he's hardly battling it out with anyone.
I think that article does the absolute bare minimum of investigating and is basically pointless... they just look at the squad available and try and plug holes

Looks like Macca's mum dropped by today. She's been quiet lately.
I wouldn't be averse to trying Segy at hooker and Turps at half either, but let's see how SOS goes.

There’s no point using Turpin in the halves if he’s not going to stay there long term. Keep him at hooker.

Turpin is someone we HAVE to have in the side somewhere, even if Macca steals his spot back. He's so competitive, it's what this young side needs. So if not starting hooker, then a bench spot.

I agree, but under no circumstance should Macca be allowing back hooker unless Turpin is terrible for a few weeks consecutively or injury.
