We'll talk about it when we get together before our first game, but basically I think a couple of rucks to settle then have some fun!

Tee, Hammo and I chatted yesterday. And we don't want to lock people into positions and stuff, that's a bit lame. Let people rove, play where they feel comfortable. Unfortunately that means some people do have to play in the middle :P Can't all be wing/centres!
