Back when we had a BHQ Oztag team, Sammy Thaiday came down during the off season and played a couple of games with us.
I also met Darren Lockyer when I was working security at ANZ (now QSAC) Stadium. I believe we'd had a loss that day and he came past my post as he wanted to cut threw the grand stand to try and avoid the crowd ... which he did, but it didn't work. I left about 20 mins later and he was still just on the other side of the grandstand signing autographs
