The Cowboys' emphatic win against the Doggies on Saturday night has opened up the wooden spoon battle.
The Cowboys play the Titans in Townsville this round coming, and a win could push them to 15th and the Bulldogs behind.
The Dogs have to find a win somewhere, and I can't see it coming.
Now, if the Dogs do finish last, it'll be their first genuine wooden spoon since 1964 (not counting 2002 when they had their points taken away for salary cap cheating).
Previously they had won the spoon in 1943, 1944 and 1964, so it'd only be the 4th time (5th including 02) that they have finished last.
Personally, I'd love to see it. Cowboys have won enough spoons already :P
