During our 19 year premiership drought we had 6 coaching changes. that is a lot of changes to tactics, recruitment targets (style of player you're brining in or letting go), training style, coaching intensity and possibly development. During our premiership drought and coaching instability we missed the finals 6 times (one was a wooden spoon) ... we've only missed the finals 8 times total in our entire history. whoever coaches this club moving forward needs to be a long... -
