The attack is completely non-threatening. They go through the shift and then the centre runs at 45 degrees to the sideline and runs out of room. I think the value of Jensen has been shown since he's been out. Big body, strong defender who takes the hard carries and strengthens the middle D. The replacements - mostly Talty on extended minutes, Gos and Piki have not been close to that level or consistency bar the Dog/Tigers games. Why didn't we seek dispensation to sign another NRL-level prop? Te Kura going AWOL as well didn't help. That's 2 of our front row bigs out almost all season. Carrigan is too slow in the middle. Most of our forwards are. Even haas is very slow turning around and often doesn’t get square at marker. Our forwards are honestly shit house. -
