I was critical of Mam throughout the season but the last couple of games before his injury he looked good coming off the bench. Looked like a rocket was fired up him. Lots of effort which we all like to see.

Funny thing about Carrigan he was actually playing great till he got suspended. Then he came back playing absolutely shyte.

This is what I don't get. We do this EVERY week and we haven't made a single ****ing metre for ages and we just constantly play on the back foot. Mariner and Karapani were doing well at the end of last year with the occasional cameo from Staggs and Shibasaki but other than that little period, we get absolutely dominated. It's a massive area we have struggled with for a while now and need to address moving forward or we are just wasting our time.

There some putting in effort and there are some that are phoning it in. In today's game if you are even 5% off in effort areas you'll get ****ing smacked. Staggs is getting owned by every centre in the comp at the moment and it isn't the first time this year that Shibasaki looked like he couldn't be ****ing bothered.
