At fullback, that's interesting. What happens to Biyd and Isaako? What about Walsh, not rated as high as a fullback?

Walker is a couple of years from even being allowed to play in either the NRL or ISC. by then we should have a good handle on whether Isaako has what it takes to be an NRL level fullback, or if he will only ever be a quality winger

He's a bit skinny to be our last line of defence. He might want to go on the Dearden diet and bulk up.

Dearden too, though I reckon we'll know by the end of the season whether he's to be THE ONE.

He's 17 soon, he's in the exact same position as Dearden 12 months ago.

Boyd is suffering at the moment at playing for a team that is playing badly really badly as a young half that's not great for learning your craft.

He's way down on confidence and his play has suffered. He didn't do anything great last week in Colts against Ipswich. He was kicking stones. People naming him in NRL teams are honestly off their head.

Yep Colts will play at lunch time before ISC.

Souths have much bigger problems than fullback, Port has been one of their best, they need something from their forwards and badly.

Concerning with how much of our depth is in that forward pack

We have some decisions to make over the next few years.... And damn its good to be in this position! Our scouts and development people have done an amazing job the last few years. Astonishing the potential of the list we are putting together considering we are in a strict salary cap era. Remarkable job.

But the vultures are coming!

Do you think he could be a good fullback or is he a better half?

I have never even thought of him playing fullback once.

Where do you think he will end up?

No idea, but his goal is to make Queensland schoolboys this weekend he's in Roma playing now for Met West and Queensland U18 next weekend both of those will push him up again.

Would be a shame if we lost him , would be nice to have a son of a former bronco play for us.

Sam Walker just made Queensland Schoolboys. I expect he will be U18 Origin half tonight too.

Named in about 10 minutes mate.

I would expect Walker and Walsh to be there.

THE Broncos’ next wave of talent has been recognised with eight of the club’s contracted players to represent the Queensland under-18s team.
The Maroons’ 18s will take on their NSW counterparts in the annual clash as a curtain raiser to next Wednesday’s State of Origin match at Suncorp Stadium.
Outside backs Tesi Nui and Xavier Coates, who both trialed with the Broncos’ NRL squad against the Souths Logan Magpies in Warwick back in February, are in the team.

Coates’ teammates Reece Walsh and Brendan Piakura are also from the Tweed Heads Seagulls club that won the national under-18s final over NSW champions Illlawarra.
Ipswich Jets pair Jack Martin (prop) and half Sam Walker will represent Queensland as well.
Norths Devils’ halfback Josh James and Wynnum Seagulls’ hooker Jake Simpkins round out the list of Broncos’ contracted players in the State team.
Broncos’ NRL assistant coach Kurt Richards will coach the side and try to reverse their 16-10 loss last year by a team that included current Broncos’ NRL players Tom Dearden and David Fifita.
