Val wasn't just playing bad he wasn't interested.

I don't buy he wasn't interested. He had a bad game but I dont think any of our players lacked effort. I think it's easy to say blokes aren't trying when they perform poorly, and it does look that way tbf sometimes.

Although some of these choices should’ve been obvious game 1 there is obviously some hindsight benefit.

Still think Drinkwater is the best Fullback, I think we would be in proper trouble if that happened with an actual attack creator at 1.

That said without Walsh at 1 we were lacking big time as well.

Yeah, totally disagree Wolfie, he avoided contact on both sides of the ball, took the easy option in D and looked disinterested right from the get.

NSW defended insane to protect two tries that basically would have happened in any other game from him.

on the back of a year were he has been questionable in defence, Cody walker made him look like a fool, questions certainly need to be asked about his place there.

possibly, if he has more of those game 3 performance like last year, but I think Walsh is a more consistent creator overall, if you count the club games in the position.
