AUS FOOTBALL AFL 2024

If these rumours are true about the Lions’ Vegas exploits, they deserve every bit of what’s happened to them on the field this season, and more..

That’s why I said as much.. the story is out for anyone who wants to know more

Can we bring this home? Rayner has been elite

As @Renegade said above, have any other clubs been implicated yet? I understand it's focused mainly on the AFL as a whole but which teams have been named so far? I imagine a number of clubs would be shitting themselves right now.

It's the doctors not the clubs, the AFL say it's wellbeing and education focused. So, if you fail an inhouse club test, the doctor lets the AFL know and they educate and help you while not letting you play so you don't fail a test on the weekend and have to sit out and have a strike.

There would be coaches that have no idea that their player doesn't have a hammy injury and is sitting out because he failed an inhouse test.

The issue is the AFL have a three strikes policy but now we know it's three strikes plus two others secret ones.

"We understand that the illicit drugs policy can be improved, and we are working with the AFLPA and players to improve the policy and the system to ensure we are better able to change the behaviours of players. But we are unapologetic about club and AFL doctors taking the correct steps to ensure that any player who they believe has an illicit substance in their system does not take part in any AFL match and that doctor patient confidentially is upheld and respected."

None yet, there are only assertions but one player for the Melbourne Demons has already been out for supplying drugs. Two female players from Sydney were named for failing their drug tests I think for the third time...so that's two states already.

The Swans didn't fail a test, they were caught by police with something on them.

They've been banned for two games.

Lions struggling at home. Who would have thought.

4 goals 13 behinds

good to see the Lions haven't changed

Have a down season, come back with the injured blokes fit and firing.

Yep. I reckon we might see some big names go too at the end of the year - Neale, Cluggs and Berry.
You could almost clean out the whole forward line. Only McCarthy has shown any fight this season.

We do have a young kid named Morris coming through, a bit early for him in all honesty but this season is gone, get some games into him. Gives the kids some games now, see what they have.

The issue is, Fagan won't do this. He'll just drop Tunstill for Lyon again which does nothing for anyone.

Has Hipwood been dropped yet?

Has Hipwood been dropped yet?

Haha you are funny. He's one of the undroppables man, along with Rayner, Berry, Cameron, Starc, and McInerney.

But don't worry, Fagan will make a statement by dropping Tunstill, Lohmann and Fort again.
