Might be accused of being salty about Fifita but he should be out of the team next week for Riki. There's no way we should carry a lazy forward who's signed elsewhere. 23 tackles and 12 low impact runs. **** off to the Titans.

They had nearly double the run metres we had 2115 v 1200. What does that tell you?

That tells me either your goal line defence was on fire or Penrith were having an off night. I didn't get to see whole game so from what I have seen and read mixture of both.

He was playing against the minor premiers to be fair and his support was non existent outside of Patty.
Teo 23 metres
Fifita 83 metres
Kennedy 50 metres
Bullemor 14 metres
Hopoate 32 metres
Carrigan 129 metres.

Haas and Carrigan carry this forward pack so hard it ain't funny.
Yeah Penrith targeted him heavily and aside from Carrigan, who honestly looks like he needs a rest, the rest of the pack didn't offer much.

You know what I did notice that really needs sorted?

When theStorm/Rooster/Penrith tackle a player invairably there will end up being three in the tackle.

The way they attack the ball carrier is so coordinated it's almost choreographed.

When we tackle we have guys left behind the ruck, we have guys flapping around like punch drunk sailors, This leads to poor or no markers, and players still on their arse and as a result we rarely have control of the ruck. It also means teams can step off the mark and get away with it and finally it allows opposing teams a quick ptb so they can roll down the middle of the field all night.

We really need to work hard on coordinating our group tackling technique.

It tells me we have no go forward. Our halves have nothing to work with
We can't get out of our own end. Our backs are so ineffective in making metres, we can't get on a roll early on in the set. If we don't get a penalty, we are stuffed.

In good news, we are already looking better and Seibs stench has barely even scrubbed off yet. If one week without Seibold has us playing with that much more heart than I’m optimistic for a whole preseason for a decent coach to undo his bullshit

Yep the wrestle hasn't gone at all. It's just in the maul rather than the ruck to use the Union terms. Once the ref calls held drop them. I've only seen one six again while on their feet.

Man, I love seeing stats, but it is depressing seeing stats that show poor performances like this. Those subs need to be calling for carries straight away. Get in and make some fast strong carries and tackle hard.

Well done Broncos you absolutely screwed my Panthers orientated multi with that performance. Shame it'll be back to square one next week. ;) Why couldn't the Panthers just absolutely demoralise you? In all seriousness only got to watch about half the game, nice to see Staggs and Riki especially seem to step up for ya. I'll watch the whole game as soon as I can but interested to see how you fellas viewed it.

Enjoy watching your million dollar man, a nice early preview of what “comfortable footy” looks like.

The Titans won't be playing the same brand of footy we've been playing this year. One out is way too predictable plus they'll have a bit more strike to take the focus off the likes of Fifita. We have our own Million dollar failures to worry about.

Far out I give you something resembling credit and you jam that down my throat. Although I will admit I wanted to reply with just "fook haha". Bring on next week! This K-Style knows whats up...
