Berrigan was never really underrated though, Howard was a player who never got the recognition he deserved.

That doesn't make him underrated and I doubt you will find a utility at the Broncos outside of John Plath more highly thought of, Terry Matterson and Chris Johns alongside Howard are three examples of players at the club who really didn't receive the dues they deserved.

Eh.. Terry Matterson was rated at the Broncos. He was like Parker. Fans who watched the game always rated him.
Chris Johns played for his state and country. No difference to Berrigan.
So you can't throw those names around and say Berrigan wasn't underrated.
