For sure but when your main rival has lines up THE KILLERS, I think you can forgive those who may be rather disappointed.

Don’t give him that much credit. Any socio-political angle aside (just as many will tune out imo), he’s shit. Especially in comparison to the Killers.

heard him yesterday and the song was ordinary at best.

plus IMO the NRL should not be politicizing the Grand Final (which is exactly what they are doing by having this guy come on and sing his same love song) ... The NRL would be the only sporting organisation in the world that would be stupid enough to politicize their major events.
