Offa is putting in a massive effort, so many times he has covered well in defence and is making plenty of metres. On the Jennings no try not a single commentator mentioned how good the try saver was, if this was any other team then they would have a massive hardon.

He's a really good player when he is in his stride. Unfortunately, frequent injuries have prevented any stride through most of his career.

we got lucky there ... he was playing at the ball ... therefore it should have been play on and a try to the Eel who grounded the ball

It's his best mishit kick he has ever made, I'll give him that. Usually they end up going out when he does. Still doesn't change the fact we need someone in there who can handle even just the basics of a halfbacks duties.

To me, that's a loose carry even if Offa was playing at it. It came out very easily. I think knock on either way.

You can tell wayne is worried about our bench tonight. Took Thaiday off early and played mago with lodge and then taken mago off and put Tagataese out there with with Thaiday. Wouldn’t need be surprised if we don’t see staggs getting a run at all tonight especially if it stays close like this.

Agreed there has to be some responsibility on the ball carrier for secure ball carrying, infact I would say the obvious forward pass was more dubious in being missed.
