Considering the amount of Kiwi players in the Warriors, I would say his combination with them and the fact that he usually does pretty well with those players is one reason.

Neither am I. Seem to recall Seibold saying he would give current players till round 8 before making changes, we are now at that point. Warr iors were rumoured to be in for Kodi before season started. Guess Seibold wanted to take a good look before agreeing to his release.

Stoked that we might see a real halfback given a shot but wish he could have stayed and played 14 but I’m guessing he only wants to play halfback.
