What more could Ponga have done on Wednesday? Nsw dominated and starved qld of possession.

He could have been positioned defensively time after time, he could have not thrown a hospital pass to oates which stopped us in an attacking position, he could have not knocked on.. He wasn't shocking, but again, none of these things were even mentioned by the commentators. Imagine boyd did those errors and poor defensive reads?

This will be another loss.
Things aren't looking up, this team is looking worse as the season goes on. Macca to 9 has to be a gee up. Segs will prob not get a run for the rest of the year. He was good for us in the 2 matches he played, get him back in the team. He f'd up, but surely he gets another chance.
What is it with Macca that the broncos are so fascinated over?
Im really starting to question Seibold, especially with the players and lack of recruitment that is going on (I was a massive supporter of getting him to the club.)

He adapted to the conditions poorly. If it’s a fast track he’s the best player in the game.

It was a fast track in the first game and he had a crap first half that the commentators forgot about rather quickly. Munster and kaufusi were better than him so there goes that theory... Mitchell Pearce has also been the difference and by far the dominant player in the knights season revival, and they played on a dry track every game I believe so...

I just don't see any reason to have McCullough back at hooker, even if Turpin had a shocker last week. We aren't going to move forward with him in the team.

I’ve insisted tipping Broncos for 14 round, loyalty comes first.

Now with Boyd 1, Macca still 9, **** the loyalty then, knights by 17!

I kind of disagree, if he was playing then all good but if he is going to Newcastle to be 18th man then he misses a chance to go to Townsville and play.

Not playing I would rather he be playing for Tweed. He's played once in month now.

His defence on Saturday impressed Seibs, they know he can attack but his efforts and physical nature got him closer to NRL.

Having said that Perese was 18th man against NZ and has had his best month since then playing a lot better. A trip away watching guys can have benefits.

If he’s not injured, then I show little respect to Seibold.

Isaako, Boyd, Macca, those three are the worst we have since season started, Isaako deserves a drop ages ago, but he should not be alone, apparently Seibold wants to make change, but afraid of messing up with the senior group.

One average game and now Ponga is overrated.......seriously?

He's a bloody talent... But... One game bad? Strange, I seem to recall him starting at 5/8th this year after he requested it. So he played all those games great, why did they move him? That's another 6, and the 1st half of the 1st origin wasn't good at all. That's 7 and a half games, about 1/3 of his career. Lol Owen Craigie, tim Smith, Jordan rankin, there's probably 100 examples. Players don't come in and just dominate and no other team stands a chance as they confirm their immortality with 15 years of dominance. The best players in history were often not forecast to be the best players, they learned and adapted and grew as players. The way they talk about ponga its like he has done all this and has dominated the comp for 10 years already. He's not even the most dominant player in his team! In fact I'd put klemmer in front of him too. People have a short memory, milford had the EXACT same type of hype around him. Ponga may turn out to be an immortal but ffs he is nowhere near the top players yet, he doesn't consistly dominate games for 80 minutes yet...

Klemmer, Safiti will stroll right through the middle while Ponga and Pearce will blitz us on the edges. The crowd will be giving it to Boyd and once his head drops, we all surrender.

I still think the likes of Carrigan and Flegler need a spell away from the NRL just to stop them getting burned out. I really do think we are handling some of these younger blokes poorly, but in a few positions we don't have any depth to rest them
