Mansour can go to England for all I care...jezuz and we have Coates, Kennar, Farnworth, Arthars, Oates, and even Isaako lined up.

We don't need wingers for chrisake. Can we fish for some hard running forwards. Had enough of our prancing step-jink mob who get rag dolled every set. Get some underrated off the back fence experiened types like Leota or Rudolff.

Thank God, Bird is gone. The class of 2015 are scarred for life, they'd be next priority to move on asap...starting with Milf and Oates.

I'd really like these two guys back at Broncos. Can't say I ever wanted either of them to leave.

1. Corey Allan
2. Herbie Farnworth
3. Kotoni Staggs
4. Dane Gagai
5. Xavier Coates
6. Anthony Milford
7. Thomas Dearden

We won't sign Gagai. He will want too much money and we arent going to be paying big money for a bloke who will be 30 in January.

We should be. There are very few top class centres in rugby league at the moment. I am not saying he is top class at club level but he is certainly one of the better ones of a bad bunch. Souths will likely have to pitch in a bit but if can get him for $500k, we should and particularly given it looks like we will lose Staggs as well as losing Bird.

It seems too obvious for us not to make these signings. Will be disappointed if we don't sign them both.

At least one of them hopefully. Because as it stands for round one 2021, our one and only attacking X factor is still Anthony Milford..

Don’t @ me

He isnt a bad center in the NRL, but i do think people have been clouded by his excellence for QLD. I just dont think at his age he will be worth the money i reckon he will be looking for. Clubs know we are desperate and we wont find a club as stupid as we were with Bird and chip in a massive amount to get a player off their books.

We dont need a superstar for 2021. We can get away with just having a couple of functional centers for now, we are desperate for a fullback, a top half and a hooker. The market even for 2022 in terms of centers is still pretty thin on the ground. Naden, Kelly and Hopoate look about it. We brobably need to come across a Jack Reed type who comes out of nowhere. Or we could sign Gildart from Wigan.

Do you think Souths would ever pay around 100k of his contract in order to free up 600k in their cap? Could happen I think.

I heard rumours of Will Chambers coming back to the NRL. Any takers?

I dont see it at all, we would be stupid to sign an aging center on a $600k contract. That would be madness and i hope we have learned our lesson with our pathetic contract negotiations over recent years.

I'd rather see us give somebody like Delouise Hoeter a deal and see what he can do. He wouldnt cost a fortune, and neither would Opacic if we moved on him earlier. He would have been ideal for 12 months to just fill a gap. Look at our current options. Apart from Herbie, the rest are very sketchy.

No idea why Hoeter hasn’t been picked up already. He is an NRL player.

I generally agree with that sentiment, but I think Gagai could really add somewhat of an aura to our backline. Something we have missed since losing Hodges.

The fact that McCullough will be on 600k a season if he is back makes paying 600k for Gagai seem like nothing.

We will probably not re-sign Milford after next year. We should have a fair bit of cash to play around with. Meaning Gagai on a 600k contract for 3 years isn't the worst signing I could think of.

Just because we are overpaying for Macca doesnt mean we should do the same for Gagai. If he was 26 or 27, then maybe ( and even then i dont see Gagai as a $600k a year center ) but certainly not a 30 year old Gagai.
