There's a few factors at play. Given whats unfolded over the last 12 months it would be pragmatic to see how he responds.

1. He has a reputation for not being in the best shape and or taking his fitness seriously.
2. He has a bucket load of talent. Defense needs work.
3. He is a confidence player unfortunately and not one to naturally grab a game by the horns.

He might have turned a corner discipline wise, he might have figured out he needs to study the game more. IF he has sorted 1 & 2 and does those consistently he could have a brilliant back end to his career. He doesn't need to be the game controlling player provided he plays accordingly. On the right money and the right attitude he could be a brilliant pairing next to Reynolds.

Personally, I'd have 1-6 above him too. As well as S Walker, Burton, Dearden.

Jury is still out on Brimson, Amone & Asi.

Moylan is touch and go, Gamble and Brooks are below him.

Well he is going to the Dolphins after all.

But in all honesty, I think you have to rate him in two ways:

1. Talent - He is up there with Munster, at least he was
2. Output - He is inconsistent and notoriously lazy, so this would put him in the bottom 3 or 4

So overall - he is mid-range and he really shouldn't be.
