Stuff like this will keep happening until the Broncos send a clear message about standards.

I wasn't referring to domestic violence issues. And I certainly wasn't referring to who does and doesn't commit domestic violence.
I simply stated that SOME of these guys, meaning some of the Broncos squad .. can be just general ****ups ..
For example Madge says yea boys go for 1 drink .. and they down 10 instead.

Damn we have too much talent to hold, we already gave Walsh a stupid rich contract, as well as Mam I don't see how we keep Cobbo(it's a huge shame Walsh has lost the plot this year, but i have faith with some time off like he has now he will get it back).
Like I said before he is wasted at wing, he has to be Centre(fullback anywhere else), this year he has gone another level imo, he has runned harder than I have ever seen no matter what the line presents and damn he could be a better Fullback than 2/3rd of most NRL teams, I think he has found something mentality wise and he has got that consistency we knew he was capable of.
He seems like the next gen Hodges, this stint at fullback he will get with walsh out I feel will make us lose him unfortunately he is way too good to be playing wing, I get the argument for Staggs, but Cobbo with some consistency is another level entirely and worth world class centre money every day of the week(800 to 900k).
At this point give Cobbo that contract and Shiba on the other end on 500k, we are good for years, Sorry Staggs but I think it's fair to say at this point he is the odd man out, unless staggs wants to transition to second row then we talking, would happily **** off Riki and even Piakura to make that happen.
With Willison leaning out this year, he is made for back row, basically kikau with about 10% more size, legit looking like our best backrower since CONEHEAD after only 2 games, I thought his game against Penrith last year playing backrow in the second half was nuts when he played there but didn't think he would be this good.

It's an interesting conundrum. Selwyn was solid last night, but Walsh has had amazing games winning matches practically by himself, hence the superstar contract. We can't judge either on this win alone. Same with Xavier Willison on an edge.
But signs are good so far. Selwyn has a few weeks to make his case.

Cobbo is a centre, Walsh has to work out his current demons though, honestly we should try staggs at backrow at the expense of riki.

Last night was an Adam Reynolds class-ter-class. He's getting all my Dally M points.
This week's tagline was "straightening things up." That was Selwyn's alleged remit, and most importantly, unlike Reece he didn't make more than 10,000 errors.
I don't know what we'll learn from Reece's absence, but right now it looks like he had too many fingers in the pudding, and was more than a little tackle shy.

I think regardless of what happens when Walsh returns, we need to be using Cobbo as a kick return weapon. I've noticed Maguire has been doing this anyway in the early rounds but honestly, I think we should have Cobbo defending at fb exclusively on opposition yardage sets.
