Clips nugs could go 7. If they do whoever gets them in the next will have the easier path.

Harden and kawhi are in good form at the right time.

Definitely don't write off the lakers but huge burden going to be on luka. Lbj cant do 4 quarters anymore.

Yeah agreed but Lebron might feel like this is his last shot and so give it everything and if he can wind back the clock, well who knows but yeah, it does seem a three horse race. The Clippers are also relying on an aging Harden and a often broken Leonard, so they could go either way and they have Simmons who is just a shell of his former self, so if he can somehow catch fire, well who knows.

Atlanta bows out in straight sets, oof.

This is the problem when you have some really talented scorers but also ones who are super inconsistent and can't defend to save themselves.

Seeya later lakers. Ant man stepped up big time over this series.

Missing a big gobert absolutely killed them on the boards

I wonder who they will chase to fill the role. Their issue is, they don't have much they can use to trade for someone. I'd love to see Landale take a punt and go there. He isn't a superstar but he's more than serviceable and would fill a need for them and most importantly, he isn't going to cost much.

i think they are screwed till lebron moves on

So the Knicks were up by 14 with less than 3 mins to play & 8 with 40 seconds left.. and went on to lose ?

What a shot!

Indiana are just never out of any game, unreal.

Wow, this looks like a significant injury for Haliburton, well significant enough to take him out of the remaining week of the championship. That's a real shame, this has been a great finals series.

Must be good drugs they've got him on, he is moving ok.

Oh man, haliburton did his achilles. Thats heartbreaking for him, see you in 26/27

That is tragic isn't it. He's been hobbling all finals and that is just hitting while down. Huge moment in the biggest game he and his team will ever play. Sad.

best team all year but a shame it ended that way.

yeah anyone whos done an achilles can feel the pain. it just comes out of nowhere and you hear the snap and feel the hit like someone threw a rock at you then down you go.

Its super disappointing, because in terms of styles its as much of a "good vs evil" as you could get. Thunder really exploit the rules as much as they can and the refs have no choice but to let them get away with it. They are pretty much the Storm of the NBA.
Haliburton was going nuts until his injury, I think they really could have won if it didn't happen.

Yeah it spoilt everything about game. I was devastated for him and Indiana. I'm not a supporter but was enjoying the battle and potential epic game 7. oh well
