There was a article about Broncos having 1 spot left and it mentioned bryce cartwright would be a good suitor for that spot and now he has been released immediately from his contract, is this just a coincidence or is there something more too it?

Hetherington should be getting 10 hit ups minimum a game and be averaging around 100m on top of his tackles.

10 hit ups at ave 10 metres each ?
10 for 70 might be more achieveable .
But I agree more involvement in attack req . But like I explained the other week he rarely touches the ball on exit sets . So if the Broncos are constantly coming out of their 20 he`s not going to see the ball .

His name, his look and his country vibe managed to convince everyone he was some Cameron McInnes workhorse.

Cutting blokes in half is probably where he does his best work, In 2023 I swear he used to be more dangerous in attack but these days he almost has an error a game in him. If you’re going to build your game on being a reliable work horse than errors are more unforgivable, unlike with someone like Reece Walsh

His ball carry is a target .
Shows the ball to the defenders who come up under the ball and knock it out of his grasp . Is one major flaw he could work on . Also he has a nice offload . Run in pairs not one out ....

Cobbo for Jai
I'd go Cobbo for CONEHEAD Duncan
Looks a future stud in the backrow and csn cover lock
Similar age.
With the wear on his body and injury toll, Jai will be in super league in 18-24 months

Hear me out.. I’d love jai arrow back at the broncos. He’s kind of exactly what we could use in the forwards bit of mongrel and aggression and that old school toughness.
Arrow would be great to have back at the club but he would be way to expensive.

If we wanna sign one of their former rep, current reserve graders, it would be Ryan Matterson. Apparently he is a top tier wanker however.

Yeah, you'd wanna steer well clear of Matterson. He's the type of bloke/player who is happy to float along like a turd in the stream collecting his pay in reserve grade. Remember, he was the bloke a couple of seasons ago who chose to sit out a few games suspended for Parra rather than paying a few thousand bucks for a fine. He'd be awful for your team culture.

Introducing Fletcher Baker... a striking, magnificent forward inspired by Brisbane's Dane Carlaw. This front rower bursts with the agonising, infuriating presence of unforced errors, blending woeful defence with a hint of ineptitude. Each minute on the field unveils layers of sheer inferiority, wrapping you in a burning, passionate haze of anger and resentment —a tribute to timeless mediocrity and failure.
Appreciate the effort this post took with such eloquence.

From the member mail I just received. We knew these were happening but now confirmed

Adam Reynolds has extended for one season until end of 2026

Kotoni Staggs has extended for 3 seasons until end of 2028

From Member Mail

I’m equally thrilled to announce to you all that Adam has extended his contract for a further season, through to the end of 2026. We’re excited for many more of Reyno’s masterclasses in Broncos colours!

Alongside Adam, Kotoni Staggs has also reaffirmed his commitment by extending his contract with the Club until the end of 2028. Kotoni has grown into a genuine leader within our group. His explosive power and line-breaking ability remain hallmarks of his game and we look forward to witnessing it first-hand over the coming years.
