Reece continual attack of their left with high risk, no look passes cost us. Two tries scored against us because of Walsh. Looked very uncomfortable at all times in kick returns.

He would have been better to be patient, and sniff around the ruck in support. Billy could really have used Walsh tonight in that capacity, since Mam was a no show. Walsh should play smarter.
When you say Walsh should play smarter do you just mean more conservative?

Atrocious opinion. Walsh will literally win us games through sole playmaking and is broncos football atm. He didn’t even have that bad of a game a lot of the passes he thrown were actually fine but dropped cold. The reason we loss was actually because we didn’t dominate the middle as much as we normally do, Moses was pinning us down the field with his good boot and we were struggling to find the big metres we normally get from haas and willison. When you lose the metre battle it tends to put scoreboard pressure and force lateral movement from the backs to make metres which can force errors.
His 6 errors leading directly to 2 of their tries and including the one that ultimately cost us the game are okay by you?

Cool. Guess we just have different standards on what is acceptable in the NRL.

We won’t make the 8 now. Two games against the Storm which we will lose. And if we lose to the dolphins then they definitely take our spot in the 8.

Pathetic losing to the eels.

Reece cost us another game. 6 bad errors.

Welcome back ... We must have lost tonight

I’m not watching the presser but if someone can handle it , would love to know an update on Haas

One of those losses where there is just nothing redeemable about it, an abomination from the refs coupled with an underwhelming performance from us. Todd Smith and Klein can go **** themselves with that last pullup. That sort of shit in the final minute can only happen to us, they wouldn't be caught dead doing the Roosters or Penrith out of a win AFTER PUTTING THE WHISTLE AWAY FOR WHAT FELT LIKE 20 ****ING MINUTES.

Also **** them on screwing up the penalty/six again and denying us a chance to level up. In over 100 years of Rugby League, that has been a chance at a kick at goal. Only now in V'landys land you can get ****ed.

It's the sort or clunky display you expect after giving them a week off like Madge did.

Beneficial in the long term, but you do pay for it in the short term.

We saw it in 2006 (and subsequent years) when Bennett started doing it.

Also know he’s a golden goose around here but Carrigan had another very average game. Being run into the ground looks like it’s catching up to him.

Well deserved loss. Our most experienced players just had to take this game by the scruff of the neck like Billy and we’d be too much for them but nah leave it to Reece and Ezra. Reynolds and Hunt need questions asked of them.

The scenes when they panned to Madge and the coaches box only to just take the try away, that’s what heartbreak is made of

Walsh deserves the criticism. Not because we want him dropped, but because we all want to see him fulfill his potential and be great. He’s too gifted to be another Ben Barba or Krisnan Inu.

He needs to take the next step in his game and he’s not. If anything he’s going backwards.

Pointing out that he was poor doesn’t mean he should lose his spot - he shouldn’t. This team is nothing without him and if he is fit, he should be the fullback of this team, but he also needs to be better and work on the weak elements of his game.
Yep.
He’s also taking up 1.2m of the cap so there’s that.

His 6 errors leading directly to 2 of their tries and including the one that ultimately cost us the game are okay by you?

Cool. Guess we just have different standards on what is acceptable in the NRL.
Most fullbacks wouldn’t have even been sniffing around on that last try. He set up line breaks and looked by far the most threatening with ball in hand. You can’t expect a high risk explosive player to nail it 100% of the time it’s really silly. We watch Walsh consistently put points on the board for us week after week and wins us our games 90% of the time, we were losing miserably when he was out with injury. So yes my standard is far more realistic then yours and I actually back our players.

Give our side to say Ciraldo, and we don't lose a match. With a roster like ours, Maguire should be winning every match. Maguire's coaching style is outdated, and ineffective .
