Most fullbacks wouldn’t have even been sniffing around on that last try. He set up line breaks and looked by far the most threatening with ball in hand. You can’t expect a high risk explosive player to nail it 100% of the time it’s really silly. We watch Walsh consistently put points on the board for us week after week and wins us our games 90% of the time, we were losing miserably when he was out with injury. So yes my standard is far more realistic then yours and I actually back our players.
Absolute beast

You take it easy mate, I have plenty of disposable hate to dish out on your behalf.

**** TODD THAT CHEATING LOWLIFE ****.

TThat one's for you mate.
Just to clarify, I’m not sick and don’t have cancer, poor correlation by me. To further clarify, I agree, **** Todd.

One of those losses where there is just nothing redeemable about it, an abomination from the refs coupled with an underwhelming performance from us. Todd Smith and Klein can go **** themselves with that last pullup. That sort of shit in the final minute can only happen to us, they wouldn't be caught dead doing the Roosters or Penrith out of a win AFTER PUTTING THE WHISTLE AWAY FOR WHAT FELT LIKE 20 ****ING MINUTES.
Let's knock this on it's head. Walsh was clearly off-side and it was always going to be reviewed.

Klein got it spot on, Walsh mucked it up and having the line right there made his job all the more simple.

Todd Smith has officially taken over Klein's mantle as the worst ref in sporting history.

Awarding the penalty them changing his mind to a six again when he realised we could level the scores was that play that tipped the scales.

But there was also two set restarts awarded to us in our own 40m zone, when the rule was changed at least two years ago that those are to be penalties.

If I was as bad at my job as Todd Smith is at his, I would not only be terminated and escorted out of the building, but I'd also likely have the AFP investigate me for corruption

I think it would have been hard anyway to get that 4th position warriors have tits this week.
Sure.
But you also held your fate in your own hands with Jarome Hughes sidelined and 2 games against Melbourne.
Obviously a bit of a pipe dream to think we’d beat Melb at AAMI Hughes or not.

The eels just showed the entire comp how you beat us. Thankfully not many teams have the kicking game of Moses. Kick early and long and we have no answers.
wtf has happened to Arthars?
Mam far too quiet, other then yelling in someone’s face in the first 10mins. Maybe he thrives of the booing.
Shiba hasn’t been the same since coming back from origin either.

Last and most important take away from tonight is, we have too many cooks in the kitchen.
Reyno needs to pull rein, he looks like he wants to be seen as the nice guy. **** that, start calling the shots and pull them into line.

Give our side to say Ciraldo, and we don't lose a match. With a roster like ours, Maguire should be winning every match. Maguire's coaching style is outdated, and ineffective .
Maybe, and I'm as big a Madge basher as anyone. But coaching the Broncos is like nothing else in the comp.

its proven time and time again no matter what player you are you come to the broncos and its nearly impossible to not get an ego and start taking short cuts thinking your better then you are. its just the unfortunate fate of being the biggest supported nrl team in the comp. You are treated like gods when you win a few games, and as humans, it must be hard to contain that shit.

i honestly don't think the Broncos win a premiership until the Dolphins get their shit together and win 2-3 and start to take the Broncos' glamour club mantle away a little.

Only then will I think the club will finally put it together and get things right.

100% agreed, but some blame also lies with the NRL who have created such a confusing, redundant and constantly changing set of rules that it makes the job for these already incompetent referees totally impossible.

State of the game is horrific.

Regardless of the poor refereeing, don’t feel like we deserved the win playing like that so for once hard to be too upset about it.

I was at the game and we didn't play badly. Tackling was good. We just tried to force the issue too many times, with Reece being the main culprit. Parramatta are not a bad side and are much better than their ladder position with Moses in the side. I didn't think we would make top 4, or even 5th the way Penrith are playing. Just got to dig in and get as many wins as we can. Tbh there is not a lot wrong, apart from a few injury concerns to key players, Haas in particular.
