Gotta fix our start.

Dolphins making errors in their own half in their first couple of sets of the game and we didn't score at all. We would have from Riki if Walsh didn't also contest for the ball, but he did and we ended up making an error and then Karapani dropping a pass from Walsh.

We should have been the one to score first but we weren't. Gotta fix that.

Arthars on the bench and Baker in the 18? What the? I don't really get it. Is Jesse going to play 2nd row? I hope Baker doesn't get a run. I would love to see someone find a potential 2RF replacement. Blood someone.

I’d seriously think about medical retirement, chase a decent second rower …
While, objectively - someone getting that many head knocks is a shoe-in for major CTE issues later in life - it's not the club's call. It requires independent medical certification and recommendation, the player has to opt for it and the player has to front an NRL review panel. I'd imagine for cases such as Piaks, it's probably more procedural than an actual problem though given his history. But the player has to choose to go this path, the club can only suggest it based on medical recommendation.

The team is heading to Newcastle tomorrow morning and having a mini camp apparently.

Dozer's 350th this week.
Is it? Not sure if it happened before, 2 QLD’ers in BHunt & DCE plays their respective 350th the same week. What a coincidence? I hope they turn the clock in terrorizing their respective opponents.

But Boy, DCE’s 350th is being blown out of proportion while BHunts’s 350th hardly got any mention. Perhaps it’s DCE’s own doing 🤷‍♂️?

He was no chance, I said two weeks ago protocols are out the window at the moment.

What are the chances he doesn't play again this season?

That's the feeling I'm getting.

if he's not in team next 2 weeks, write him off for the year. It would be a silly move to bring in players with no match fitness in the finals without a very good reason for doing so. The Storm game is as good as a finals prep match as any.

Im quite surprised that Piakura is getting more time on the sideline, it must be worse than 1st originated. Arthurs picking seems ok to me as hes the only back up back we have available. If one of our back 5 go down hes there to cover.
