Lachlan ilias wouldn't be a bad get imo if you want a no frills 7 I'm sure he has more to offer than he has been allowed to show with the vermin and the merge
 
I dont get why people think Haas isnt influenced by money. Some of his issues at the Broncos have been based around money.

You cant blame any player for taking the kind of money they are offering either, especially when you look the figures quoted are reportedly in US dollars. The kind of money they are putting up can set up other family member's as well as himself.

Haas being responsible for his 2 younger brothers makes the $$$ a real big deal for him.. Not to mention helping out with lawyer costs for his parents.

You cant really blame them either. He's never really taken unders here, and he's at the stage in his life now where looking after others can be the priority. As long as he, or any other player doesnt handle the situation in the wrong way, i doubt many people would begrudge anyone earning big money. Just dont try to say its not about the money, because there is nothing wrong with that anyway.

He should probably take the money if it's that much more. It just depends on how keen he is to potentially move from Brisbane. Lots of moving parts to it. Taking the money is what almost anyone would do. I wouldn't think less of him for a second
 
If he can earn the equivalent of ten million dollars in two years, who could begrudge him that? The question is, would he be allowed back to the NRL?
