POST GAME [PREMIERS, 2025] Broncos vs Storm

I am just getting on top of this...how ****ing good..... for Santa...the true believer enjoy it all. for us mortals what a ride. Loved Big Petes analysis. amazing....for all the commentary on luck...**** that you make your own...we did! Always been a game of inches. The lads won the moments. Enjoy it! We won it....

Ezra Mam is a big game player. He doesn't get overawed by the occasion, which is something that can happen to a lot of young halves. Two GF's and he's been top 2 best on ground in both.

If we can make sure we keep a strong pack going forward, we've got a pretty bright future with the likes of Walsh, Mam, Mariner, Karapani in the back line.

Post suspension - post hammy , Ezra is a cold hearted killer .
He was more agressive than I have ever seen him . The tussle with Cleary and Martin was strong . The hit on Warbrick was epic .

He`s put on a few pounds in the gym by the looks too .

In an alternate timeline Stefano strips the ball and then it turns into a 4 on 1 overlap on the left hand side, a la Inglis prelim try ptsd. Munster sideline conversion wins them the game and papy wins the clive churchill. The mental impact of this would have been magnitudes worse than 2015 and 2023.

Walsh shouts "FK" into the sky a la Locky in that prelim, then X Coates uses this win to convince P Coates to move to the Storm. Harry Grant also never starts following the broncos on insta. Then Buzz, Gordie and others comes out and hammers the team and Madge for living uo to the stuckup tag. Stefano well and truly lives rent free in our heads for the next 15 years, and Bellamy extends his time with the storm for another 3 seasons. FACTHUNT's backside remains untouched (no tattoo).

But luckily for us in our timeline, Stefano already gave up and barely touched Riki to complete the tackle.

We only had him for what, 10 games this year? Can’t wait to see him and Walsh together from the start of next season

The absolute irony here, is that Manly were what the roosters are now, in the 70s and 80s. They were known as the "Silvertails" for buying anyone they wanted.

How far the mighty have fallen.

I suspect Hethro's in for a bit of a shock when he lands there.

That's true... SEN had Barrett on the other day... they mostly talked about his career, but at the end he was talking about the broncos and seemed in awe of how everything is run at the broncos compared to every other club he's been at.

He indicated that it is the best club he's seen by quite a length in terms of off the field... how they do things, support from the fans and quality of the facilities.

Instantly made me think about his time at Manly and what he came from, but this is a guy that has been an assistant at panthers, coach at dogs and a player at sharks and dragons... so he's seen a few footy clubs and how they run at this point.

Yes . I was watching the last 20 again and thinking the same. Def put on some size in the shoulders and chest.
