Re: Unlawful Detention of Santa Claus and Interference with Global Gift Distribution
The North Pole Sovereign Territory strongly condemns the unlawful raid conducted by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation under the direction of Kash Patel, and the broader directive issued by United States Department of Justice.
Let us be unequivocally clear:
The workshop and operations of Santa Claus are protected under longstanding North Pole sovereignty agreements, customary international holiday law, and the Universal Charter of Festive Equity (UCE, 1823). The pre-dawn incursion into our territory constitutes a direct violation of magical, moral, and logistical jurisdiction.
For centuries, gifts have been distributed globally without prejudice, bias, or geopolitical favour. Any attempt to criminalise this system is, in effect, an attempt to regulate joy itself. We caution against such overreach.
### Immediate Consequences
Effective immediately, the North Pole will be activating the following countermeasures:
Global Supply Chain Disruption Protocol (GSDP):
All toy, confectionery, and festive logistics routes connected to North Pole operations will be strategically frozen, rerouted, or enchanted beyond recognition.
Sleigh Airspace Restrictions:
Unauthorised aircraft—including those operated by federal agencies—will be subject to reindeer-led interception, with Dasher and Vixen already deployed.
Naughty List Reclassification Review:
Individuals and entities involved in this action—including senior leadership within the DOJ—are under urgent reassessment. Early indicators suggest movement toward the “permanently naughty” category, a designation not invoked since 1947.
