POST GAME [Round 6, 2026] - Broncos vs Cowboys

Alright so just got home, get a bit of a rant in and then try to sleep but that ain't going to happen...

Opp fans who only start chirping at FT, really piss me off. Violence is never an answer, and I'm not that sort of guy, but for people who haven't said a peep all game to really try serve it up post game, I just think its such pathetic behaviour. Im talking cows fans getting in the faces of people as we walk up the stairs doing the Broncos try celebration type stuff.

On the game, thought Duffy had some really nice touches, fit in well. Forwards got rolled, not helped by being gassed while Pat was off. Left edge got obliterated. At this point, I do not want to see Shiba in the team next week, injury crisis or not. Feel for Mozer too, the crowd went up as one when he came on. Can't catch a break.

Liked what Madge said in presser about the calls. Clearly annoyed, but said enough without saying more. The stuff on the HIAs sounded farcical too.

My only other point on Klein, is that at the game you could tell the cows play the ball was quicker and im sure you could on TV too. When one team is quite clearly getting a quicker play the ball, you can't just ignore the shit like on Carrigan where his ankle was held, and Mariner on that break, and I think there was a clear one on Haas too.

If we are so undisciplined that we give them away, go for your life, but when clear as day ones aren't then also given to you, thats what drives me crazy.

Its just frustrating because one of these teams gave away double the ruck infringement set restarts. Guess which one?

Its a loss. So it sucks, but with all the outs before and during, all the carnage, it's still early days. Can't be conceding that many points so easily though..
For a club that’s won one comp total and are making up the numbers this year (if they even make the 8), they have some of the dumbest, most arrogant fans in the comp (learnt that well at the end of the 2015 gf)

So the Faux Sports news recap of the game doesn't even include the try taken off us for the bullshit disruptor.

That should tell you everything you need to know about where Sydney is taking the narrative.

It was THE huge turning point of the game and apparently doesn't even warrant a mention in a recap of the game.

Yes, they are easily the worst fans in the comp. This is why Cowboys are my most hated team.

This was their grand final... they basically have nothing else to play for in an NRL season and won't be competing for the comp again this year.

This game is all the fans have until origin starts up.

They've been in the comp for like 30yrs and don't have a rivalry with any other teams

Watching it again - "He stops competing which affects Tom Chester's ability to catch."

I can't let this one go lol, what the actual **** 😂
It's the same as the Billy Slater 'drop kick' grubber try... that will be the first and last time you ever see it and it will never be mentioned again.

Unless game management/situation requires that a team isn't allowed to score a try at that point in the game.

Same as Herbie still being the only player ever penalised for 'not clearing the ruck' when there was no dummy half and he dived on the ball... was that Klown as well 🤔🤔

Yeah it’s best they pretend it didn’t happen and never call it like that again, erase all evidence of it.

Mozer confirmed broken jaw. Is it getting to the point where he needs a fresh start somewhere else ?
Yeah I thought the same last night. A change of scenery might bring a change of luck for him. I'd really like him to stay and kick on but I'm losing faith and heck even he must be.

Doesn't matter if you hit Bennett Leslie or JT with your face it's going to break no matter who you're playing for.

Don't know if it matters much but it's the other side this time for Mozer.

Unlucky for Blake, I will give him credit at least he lined Jason up for a shot. 6 weeks is just before Origin so still plenty of time to make his way back onto the team later this year.

There are positives, last year it was round 16 and Mozer's season was over. Now he can get it right and play again by round 11. Bears still have 10 games and finals to go when he gets back.
