God is it finally here....

Seasons where we don't have 2 guaranteed losses in 2 unwatchable matches every season. Essentially ruining the round/weekend.

The hoodoo is gone.

If storm actually run low on the table this year watch the NRL no longer have us play them twice a year.

They'll turn into wests where we've only played them once per year for like 10yr at this point

I don't think so. Melbourne v Brisbane has all three cities of Bris Syd and Mel viewing a Friday night channel 9 game. I think it will stay 2 X a year.
 
Back in 2019 we took our then 7 year old and his best mate storm fan to the footy, we got pumped by about 50 and every time they scored the dad and son high fived over our heads and laughed and mocked us. FairPlay by them we were garbage and they pumped us.

So, when we bring up the GF and now this 7 match losing street those same 2 father and son combo both claim to not watch the game anymore and don’t care about the storm or NRL.

Total flogs.

Meanwhile my son still talks about the 2020 season and how he sat down and watched every game and how at every kick off still thought we had a chance to win a game….
 
My uncle ditched them as his team last year after the welcome to country furore thing. I don’t know who he even goes for anymore.

Funny story. He broke up with the missus but they still live in the house together because he refuses to leave it in case the courts award it to her. He was the breadwinner and paid for the ****ing thing, she moved in later on after he had bought and fully paid for it. They were married for so long she has somewhat of a claim to it.

De-facto relationship for 6 months I believe gives the partner rights to things unless specifically agreed in a formal contract (pre-nup type thing). If they were married she's entitled to half of everything regardless of whether he paid for it all fully beforehand or not, unless they had a pre-nup. That's the idea of marriage, two people becoming a partnership, for better or worse, what's mine is yours, etc etc.
