For me, I genuinely thought that game Mozer broke his jaw was his time to really grab this bull by the horns and make a statement. He did, but unfortunately that statement was: he's not ready for the NRL and may never be (in my opinion).I am still very disappointed that Rogers, Bukowski or Mozer (in that order) aren't getting a shot over Bunt.
I’d say if you watched him in q cup you would think differently I’d say yes he has some defence liabilities but paix making 80 and we still lose doesn’t make a difference mozer is probably our best attacking 9 in today’s game a attacking 9 changes your whole attack which we needFor me, I genuinely thought that game Mozer broke his jaw was his time to really grab this bull by the horns and make a statement. Offensively, absolutely has what it takes. Defensively, he's not stopping big boppers. Paix isn't a lot bigger but offers far more impact against the big forwards. Buko has a couple of years yet to grow into his body. He's still a baby face, but already is far broader and looks more suited to take over as our future 9.
Mozer's a shot duck for mine. Great talent, just suffers the JT problem. Too small. JT made it work by being an absolute attacking weapon, and also not defending in the middle of the park. Mozer's choice position is what's cursed him to likely never make it big in the NRL. He'll be a massive target in defense, particularly on the line where he's no chance of stopping any decent prop.
So what's new?Defence might be a bit better but our attack is stunted because of poor service from dummy half.
He's 6 foot.Mozer's a shot duck for mine. Great talent, just suffers the JT problem. Too small.
He was on the field for like 10mins and decided to throw his body in front of a rampaging Lolo that had already built up speed... despite it being a bad idea as it was 1v1.For me, I genuinely thought that game Mozer broke his jaw was his time to really grab this bull by the horns and make a statement. Its erecting my emotions just looking at it!
Has Gordie been talking on 360 again or something

Mozer unlucky imo, If he is fit I would love for Madge to give him a run, Paixy is like watching paint dryI’d say if you watched him in q cup you would think differently I’d say yes he has some defence liabilities but paix making 80 and we still lose doesn’t make a difference mozer is probably our best attacking 9 in today’s game a attacking 9 changes your whole attack which we need
I have to disagree, wet paint runs....Paixy is like watching paint dry
Martin lang would be the highest paid player in the nrl.Think atm the game is about finding your front and having seizures until you get a 6 again Michael Hancock would have been a god this era
But that's specifically my point. He's got to be big enough to be able to handle that - and can't.He was on the field for like 10mins and decided to throw his body in front of a rampaging Lolo that had already built up speed... despite it being a bad idea as it was 1v1.
A guy that gets criticised for his defence puts his body on the line and came out injured.
He could've sat back and made a "business decision" to try and catch him, maybe get bumped off, but then people would be blowing up that "he missed the tackle!!! sack him"... damned if you do damned if you don't
