Lodge sticking around a year, Mikaele has come of age, Neame may have earned a reprieve, they signed Seve from Roosters/Bulldogs and he's killing it. They also have another promising prop coming through in Watts.

The Stampede rumour guy is quietly confident Lahrs is sticking around. However we've yet to hear anything and they may want a surer thing.

Two possible theories in order of likelihood.

1. Lahrs has re-signed and the Cowboys are just waiting for him to return from injury so they can announce it then.

2. Lahrs has received an offer from a rival club and his management has taken it to the Cowboys. The Cowboys are weighing up whether they wish to match the offer while weighing up other signings. Negotiations have likely been put off until the end of June/July.

As long Paix is NOT in the 19, I’m fine.

Mozer & Bukowski are the future and they should be given extended time in the 17 especially, Mozer. Hope no more injuries to him and stay healthy.
