Couldn't agree more; I'm very indifferent when it comes to Macca - the competition will be good for both he and Hunt. Am I missing the back story here; obviously I'm aware of his Simms' performance issues... did he say something to Ivan he shouldn't have?

I picked Winter because he was pretty good under the high ball and bringing the ball back in partnership with Karmichael last season. The NRL have reached the proverbial fork in the road; is the survival of 16 clubs of more benefit to the competition than 10-12 elite clubs. Whichever decision is made, 'feelings' will be hurt. If we continue down the 16-club route we will become a competition that prepares players for a career...
