Essentially what I am saying is it isn't enough to be physically gifted if the mind/mindset isn't there. The best players are often the brightest as well and end up being the most consistent in their careers. With TPJ, I fear his career will be patchy.

While TPJ has great physical attributes, sadly he is lacking between the right and the left ear and that is why you will never see a consistently great player.
