Yeah I read that this morning too. Interesting to note how luke warm he seems to be about the idea of going back to a place that has to hold just about the best memories of his career

He's having a bit of a whinge about the pay dispute he had with front office when his contract was up. We gave him an amazing offer, he turned it down for more cash with the Yanks. typical.

I'd love to see a Rays v Giants World Series but then again the way my hopes in the NRL went I doubt I will have much luck!

My old man has his life membership already.

I'm also a Cincinatti fan so it's good to see them in the play offs (of course a year after Griffey leaves) So I'll be rooting for the Braves first and formost, but if they don't make it then hopefully the Reds can win the penant for the NL and I hate all 4 teams in the AL so I don't really care - anyone but the Yankees I guess [icon_shru

Holy crap - Roy Halladay threw a no-hitter in game 1 against the Reds today! Man the Phillies are going to be tough to beat in the NL that's for sure!
