2010 NRL Draw (pdf file)

Does anyone else think it's a silly time to release the draw? I thought it would be better in the offseason when interest is starting to wane a bit to get everyone excited again. It's pretty much going to go unnoticed with the big Parramatta vs Bulldogs game on Friday night.

Why the hell release it now.
Definitely should of been left till the off season. I'm not even intrested in discussing the draw atm but it would be good discussion during the off season.

Honestly, just looking at it, there's f*ck all to discuss. Woo, we play the Cowboys first, the Roosters on Good Friday, the Rabbitohs before an Origin match, have our two byes around Origin time and finish with a home match against the Raiders.

Seriously, it's the draw from this year with a few date numbers changed.

Plus we get the Knights at home, which we didn't this season.
Plus we DON'T play the Storm in Brisbane.
Plus we don't play the Bulldogs in Brisbane.

In fact, we don't see that many of the top 8 in Brisbane in 2010.
Only Parramatta, Knights, Titans and Dragons!

Shame that. The majority of our home games at the start of this season were all blockbusters (Cowboys, Storm, St George, Gold Coast, etc). Next year's list is rather mediocre.
