Does anyone else think it's a silly time to release the draw? I thought it would be better in the offseason when interest is starting to wane a bit to get everyone excited again. It's pretty much going to go unnoticed with the big Parramatta vs Bulldogs game on Friday night.

Why the hell release it now.
Definitely should of been left till the off season. I'm not even intrested in discussing the draw atm but it would be good discussion during the off season.

They release it now because it coincides with the clubs doing their membership drives.

Do people REALLY book flights 8 months out?
I'm not actually sure the only time I've jumped in a plane was when I was 4 months and when I returned 2 years and 4 months later.

I didn't know he was into Rugby League. Maybe they should ask him how he will schedule all his important dates around the draw.
