BRAYDEN Dee has been named to start against the Penrith Panthers in the National Youth Competition match at Suncorp Stadium on Thursday night.
Keegan Hipgrave has a painful hip pointer injury and is at long odds of being right for the game against the NYC competition leaders.
He has only been selected in the extended squad of 23 players, with Dee promoted to the starting line-up at lock after having a strong game against South Sydney last Friday.
Dee was judged players' player after the match.
Middle forward Sam Elliott will come back into the 17 on the interchange list against the Panthers.
The Broncos moved into the NYC top four after defeating the Rabbitohs 34-16.

Panthers leading 36 - 12 with 23 mins to go. Panthers totally dominant.

Full time. 44 - 12. We have been flogged by a very talented Panthers team.

Broncos made them look so much better than they're. Penrith stay in games really well and take their chances. Last week they missed 52 tackles and still won.

They gave plenty of chances and Broncos took none of them.

Really poor and defence was non existent. They looked really tired and they got a break this week to freshen up.

Penriff worry too much about under 20's and juniors that nothing happens to them in 1st grade, the most important comp lol.
