Why would Fox telecast this ISC match? They are showing Wigan/Hull tonight and are televising a number of preseason matches in the coming weeks.

Well the NRL are probably having a crackdown on it. The crackdown will last the length of the trials then it will be back to business as normal for round 1 and the NRL will be able to proudly declare they had a crackdown on it.

There was something like 16 PTB penalties in the trial in NSW last weekend, must be a point of emphasis this year.
