Lol at the talk of needing to protect Dearden when we have been running around with 18 year olds the last few years now
This is the line up I would have:
1. Bird/Isaako
2. Farnworth/Coates
3. Staggs/Nui
4. Fifita/Nui
5. Coates/Farnworth
6. Milford
7. Dearden
8. Lodge
9. Turpin
10. Haas
11. TPJ
12. Gillett (Needs to show more or we need to try and move him on)
13. Carrigan
14. Paix
15. Flegler
16. Ofahengaue
17. Glenn (if he is still around)/Bullemor
As tough at it is to do, I would let Oates walk. That money could be best used elsewhere.
Fifita would be devastating at centre this early in his career and he can take Gillett's spot once he is gone.

Mein kampf was pretty popular too, but people may take umbridge if someone started spewing that crap out on their social media/forums

It makes him a crackpot for using the bible, to cherry pick elements of it - all mistranslated anyway for the bible nowhere condemns homosexuality for one, as an authority to legitimise bigotry, prejudice, racism, sexism - all things which lead to violence and oppression.
His is hate speech and if one considers the bible as the word of god, and that god stands for love, inclusion and forgiveness, it makes Folau the evil bastard that his hate speech shows.
He is completely unfit to wear the Broncos colours, end of story
Mmm ... comparing the Bible which focuses on Jesus who told people to love their enemies, love people always, forgive ... to Hitler's book? It just doesn't get much sicker and weirder than that!

He did not "cherry pick" - that is basic Christianity. That we are all sinful (if you're not in the list you're lying) and that Jesus accepts us regardless, if we repent. This is normal Christianity which has been preached for centuries!
I notice only one group were upset - homosexuals.
And you obviously have no idea of the Bible. Jesus Himself told many people to REPENT of their sins. To ignore sin is not loving and inclusive, its just cowardly.
I'd do a cartwheel if I saw this named
1. Bird
2. Oates
3. Folau
4. Staggs
5. Farnworth
6. Milford
7. Deardon

17. Glenn
Ok you missed the point of my comment. Just because it is in a book, popular or not, doesnt give you the right to post a qoute and expect no consequence for its content. I used mein kampf as an extreme to jighlight this.Mmm ... comparing the Bible which focuses on Jesus who told people to love their enemies, love people always, forgive ... to Hitler's book? Flegler is so far away from what you want from a Lock it's not even funny. Carrigan & TPJ are the only two players we have who possess anything close to what you'd want from your 13, it has to be one of them.
I would belly dance next to you while doing a kart wheel if we had that team namedI'd do a cartwheel if I saw this named

However, There would definitely be a strong argument that across time, more people have died and more hate manifested under the guise of religion/religious beliefs than nazi fascism.
You are saying Folau is evil because he's quoted the world's most read book. So be it - if that's your schtick. Please look at the post I've responded to the other guy. The entire narrative of "Christians slaughtering" is a laughable and ridiculous claim based on ... well ... I'd say you read it on Google once heh?Mate, there is no such thing as "basic" or "normal" Christianity. There are as many flavours of Christianity as there are prejudices and peccadillos buried in the human psyche. Those who pen the good book use it to lend absolute moral authority to their own particular brand of moral philosophy (and let us not forget the good book was penned by rugger buggers -not a good woman in cooee - says a lot hey.)
As for me, "no idea of the Bible" ? Well, part of my Masters was in theology separate to my years in the Catholic seminary so I know a little, and in my theology, there is no room for hate speech such as Folau's, which promotes and legitimises violence, exclusion and religious supremacy. Since time immemorial, Christians have slaughtered millions in the name of (their) god, and then gone back to their homes to masturbate, fornicate and abuse children.
As I said, Folau is an evil bastard and should seek forgiveness.
I think you need another enforcer. Ares?My 2020 lineup per trend in thread
