2022 MRC and Judiciary Changes

If this is true, I hate the NRL even more now.
To go a step further, they change the definition of what's MRC worthy often and everytime they do, the previous precedent no longer applies because it's a new rule set.

E.G. Slater got off for shoulder charge going into the grand final then they released the stupid wrapping arm rule, so Slater being let off, is not precedent.

Or the Slater drop ball which is actually a drop kick attempt which means it is a try that has never been used before or since.
