One thing France won't get against the Matildas is an easy game like this one.
Morocco were bad, especially at the back. France's goals came from defensive errors and bad reads defensively with players not being marked which resulted in them having it won at half time. They won't have that same luxury against Matildas with the likes of Carpenter, Kennedy, Hunt and Catley at the back.
One thing I think Matildas would have spotted watching this is the opportunities Morocco had to get players in behind France. Matildas have shown they're quite capable of getting players behind on the counter and creating opportunities that way so I think that's one advantage for us.
France have had a pretty easy couple of games playing the likes of Panama and then Morocco, that could work in our favour with them coming into this game cocky but they do have seasoned professionals in their side so probably not.
Netherlands haven't had a shot at goal in the first half.
Spain are smothering them whenever they get the ball, but somehow it's still 0-0 at half time. It's just a matter of time until Spain score and they go on with it.
