I reckon the Doggies probably do want him off the books with all the players they are signing, somethings got to give with them.

The neck injury is a huge concern. He's probably got age on his side, but its not an injury you seem many get back to top form from.

But ... His wasn`t an injury .
A congenital defect was what I read . Some rare syndrome .

This is what the Oloapu camp wanted all along. Karl wanted to play for his junior club and potentially become the face of the franchise. The Dolphins had big plans for him and saw him as somebody they could market as the face of their junior development.

Of course the neck injury didn't help matters, but he's been looked after on a bigger contract than the one he was on at Red Hill.

He has a major case of the Josh Hoffman’s.

Oloapu was born with a serious spinal condition, and it is reported that when he flexes his neck and looks down, there is damaging pressing on his spinal cord, with cervical fusion surgery a possibility.
